what you need to say.
KENIKO provides character modeling, rigging, facial and body animation, lighting and rendering, as well as product animation and technical CG based on supplied CAD or production-ready 3D models. Hybrid 2D and 3D films can be developed as one connected process from concept through delivery. Real-time or VTuber-style character models can be discussed after confirming the target platform, facial controls, rigging and export specifications.
Challenges
Bringing a character into 3D / communicating personality through expression and performance / showing product structure or movement beyond the limits of photography / turning existing CAD or 3D models into film / exploring a 3D character for real-time or streaming use
Deliverables
3D character models / rigging and facial controls / character animation / product and technical CG / lighting and rendering / hybrid 2D and 3D films / real-time 3D character models after specification review
Process
Discovery → Direction and intended use → Storyboard and motion planning → Modeling and rigging when required → Animation → Lighting and rendering → Edit and delivery
Timeline
A film of approximately 15 seconds using a supplied production-ready model typically takes three to five weeks. Work including new modeling or rigging typically starts at two to three months.
Connected across
disciplines.
Illustration worlds can continue into comics and animation, narrative structure can shape film and web, and graphic identity can move across screens. Because the disciplines share one production direction, the expression stays coherent across media.
Models for
planning.
The models below show common project types. Final quotes reflect supplied model or CAD availability, duration, character count, rigging, motion density, materials, product structure and simulation needs.
