Each service page includes reference plans and itemised price guidance. A formal estimate is prepared after reviewing usage, volume, visual complexity, schedule, revision scope and licensing. If you have a fixed budget, we can recommend the most effective scope within it.

Yes. We can manage projects in English and meet international teams online. When subtitles, multilingual versions or region-specific deliverables are required, we define the translation review and approval flow before production.

Yes. We can sign an NDA, limit access to shared files and agree on the exact scope of confidentiality. For unreleased products or internal information, portfolio use and disclosure conditions are confirmed before the project begins.

Payment is available by bank transfer or card through Stripe. Standard projects are generally billed 50% on order and 50% before final delivery. Small or short assignments may be paid in full in advance, while larger projects may use milestone payments. The final terms are stated in the quote and contract.

Please share whatever is available: the project objective, intended audience, channels, desired delivery date, budget and visual references. Existing logos, copy, photographs, characters and brand guidelines are also helpful. If materials are incomplete, we will identify what is needed during the first consultation.

Timing depends on scope and review stages. An illustration or short motion piece may take several weeks, while websites, multi-shot films and 3D work can take several weeks to a few months. After the briefing, we provide a schedule covering planning, drafts, review, finishing and delivery.

Reference plans include a defined number of standard review and revision rounds. Approvals are scheduled at key stages such as structure, roughs, motion and final finish to reduce rework. Major changes after approval or additional deliverables are estimated separately after their impact is confirmed.

Yes. Illustration, comics, 2D and 3D animation, film, sound, graphic design and web production can be planned as one connected project. A shared visual direction keeps the result consistent and makes it easier to reuse assets across channels.

Copyright, channels, term, territory, secondary use and delivery of editable source files are agreed for each project. We distinguish the standard deliverables from optional working files and state the usage conditions in the quote and contract. Broader licensing or full assignment can also be discussed.

We may be able to help depending on capacity and scope. We first confirm the fixed launch date, essential deliverables and areas that can be simplified, then propose a schedule that protects quality. Any rush fee is stated before work begins.

Yes. Portfolio publication is optional. We can keep the work private, delay publication, or present it without identifying names when appropriate. We do not publish project information or supplied materials without permission.
