These terms apply to browsing this website, using its inquiry functions and accessing content provided through it.

04. Inquiries and project discussions
Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract or obligate either party to proceed. Scope, fees, schedule, rights, confidentiality, revisions and delivery conditions are agreed separately in writing. Payment is available by bank transfer or card through Stripe. Standard projects are generally billed 50% on order and 50% before final delivery; small assignments may be billed in full in advance, and larger projects may use a 30% / 40% / 30% milestone schedule. The individual quote or contract takes precedence.
05. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep website information accurate but do not guarantee that all content is complete, current or suitable for every purpose. Content or functions may be changed, suspended or discontinued without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
