A 30-second 3D animation depicting a battle between VTuber Kamina Ringo and Shiro Ringo. Using two provided VRM models, we created dynamic character motion and weapon and magic effects to deliver a dramatic, fast-paced fight and reversal within a short runtime.

Challenge
The challenge was to depict a complete battle—from its opening exchange to a decisive finish—using weapons and magic within a limited 30-second runtime, while keeping the action clear and engaging.
Approach
We opened with Kamina Ringo already near defeat and moments away from the final blow. Structuring the story around a sudden reversal allowed us to establish tension quickly and bring the battle to a clear conclusion within 30 seconds.
Production
Working with two provided VRM models, we first developed and proposed a sequence that would fit within 30 seconds. After approval, we created a simplified video storyboard in Blender. Once the timing and direction were confirmed, we refined the character animation and added weapon and magic effects to complete the battle scene.
Results
The project was completed as a 30-second 3D battle animation featuring two VRM characters, with weapon and magic effects supporting a clear reversal and decisive ending.
